...Easy Toffee Candy
4 oz (1 sleeve) Saltine Crackers
1/2 lb (2 sticks) butter
1 cup light brown sugar
12 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips (we like 6 oz/ half bag)

Line a cookie sheet (11 x 17) with foil
Lay crackers in single layer, touching
Boil butter and brown sugar over LOW heat for 3 min, stirring constantly
Place mixture over crackers
Bake at 400 degrees for 5 - 7 minutes (5 is fine)
Remove and let stand for 3 min.
Sprinkle chocolate chips evenly over candy
When they melt, spread evenly
Refrigerate for 60 min.
Break into pieces and enjoy!
